What does PAT testing cover?
Portable appliance testing (PAT) concerns electrical appliances and equipment. It is a separate service from testing the building's fixed electrical installation. Let us know what equipment needs attention, the approximate number of items and where it is used.
Do you test fire alarms and emergency lighting?
Yes. Fire alarm testing and emergency lighting testing are included in our service list, along with fire alarm servicing and certification and emergency lighting certificates. Tell us about the systems at your premises and any existing records.
Is an EPC an electrical safety certificate?
No. An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) describes a property's energy performance. EPC enquiries are welcome, but this is a separate service from electrical safety inspection and certification.
